If you switch to OMT notation using Options | Diagram, the notation for one symbol changes. In UML, the symbol following the Select symbol is State With Internal Actions; in OMT, it is another State symbol.
Note: Event messages, concurrent states, history states, and complex transitions are not used in OMT. The UML symbols remain available in the statechart diagram when you choose OMT notation.
