The registration mail may contain:

• The name(s), address(es), affiliation(s) of the participant(s), associate(s)
• The dates and times of arrivals/departures to/from Košice
• Some special requirements (separate room, vegetarian food, ...)
• The payment method - cash or bank transfer (in case of bank transfer organizers send to participants a variable symbol)

For administrative purposes, participants are pleased to bring to the workshop their payment order.

The registration fee is 150 EUR.

The registration fee includes the transport (from Košice to Abaújszántó and back) with minibus, the full board, the social program and the post-workshop proceedings. The registration fee should be payed by cash on place or by bank transfer to the following account:
