The conference is the 39th Czech-Slovak Conference on Graph Theory.
Conference place: Vyšné Ružbachy is situated
in the
northeastern part of Slovakia and belongs to the most important Slovak spas. It is widely known
because of its sources of thermal mineral water and a famous volcanic lake called Kráter.
There are excellent conditions for winter sports, tourism, biking, swimming and horseriding there.
Accommodation, food, other services: The conference will take place in Hotel Vagonár.
A sauna, a tennis playground, a table tennis room and a billiard table are available
in the hotel. In the spa you can find an indoor and an outdoor thermal swimming pool and it is
possible to order there massages and special therapeutic services. Other available services are bike
renting and horseriding. In the spa there is a teller-machine and an exchange-office, in the hotel it is possible to pay with card.
Conference programme: The first conference meal will be dinner on May 23rd 2004 and the conference will end with
lunch on May 28th 2004. The programme of the conference will consist of 50 minutes invited lectures and 20 minutes
contributed talks. The official languages of the conference are English, Slovak and Czech.
Two overhead projectors, dataprojector, notebook (MS Windows XP, MS Office XP, TeX, Acrobat Reader, GS View) and
blackboard will be available in the lecture room.
In the framework of the conference programme (probably on Wednesday) we intend to organise a trip to
Stará Ľubovňa.
Prices: The price for one night with full board is 750 SKK. Conference fee is 2000 SKK.
These prices already cover all events related to the conference programme. If we succeed to obtain
some additional financial support, students and PhD students would have some discounts.
Important dates: April 4th 2004 - deadline for registration (for registration use the electronical
registration form). April 30th 2004 - deadline for abstract submission (please prepare your abstract using LaTeX template). May 15th 2004 - third announcement distribution. August 31st 2004 - deadline for paper submission.
