Converts mnemotechnic identifiers (or shortcuts) of XSLT templates to their URIs stored in Preferences object.

For example "chapter", as XSLT template identifier is mapped associated with "ChapterXSLTemplate" key in the Properties, and the according URL representing file containing this template is returned.
